Dear Dr Priya,

It is regarding the medication Isotretinoin, although the dosage has been decreased, the side effect;dry eyes still carries on.
I haven't take it for a few days as I was feeling terrible, haven't been able to open my eyes and are sensitive even to the slightest amount of light.
Even with the aid of eye drops, they can't help much but keep tearing.
I'm not sure how long this is going to continue and am really worried as it is affecting my daily life.

Pls stop the isotrerinoin. I am away at the moment and back at work Tom. I am copying my clinic executives heather and xiao fen who will contact u today to arrange an urgent eye consult with dr Leonard yip at tan tock Seng hospital for either today or Tom. Hang in there, they will prescribe eye drops and take a look.

Heather pls arrange for this and if u have a problem pls contact Audrey for help
